3in1 Web Solutions provides the following services:

- Full website management (hosting, security, updates, backups)

All services are delivered remotely. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon before any project begins.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Final payment is due upon project completion and before handover
- Monthly management services are billed on a recurring monthly basis
- All prices are quoted in USD or GBP unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide all required content, images, and materials on time
- Respond to communications within 48 hours during active projects
- Provide accurate information about their business and goals
- Notify us of any changes to project requirements as early as possible
- Provide access to required platforms when needed
5. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of each project. Timelines may be affected by delays in receiving content, scope changes, or technical issues outside our control. We will always communicate any delays as early as possible.
6. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at an hourly rate. Major scope changes after project approval will require a new quote.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables including website design, content, and code. 3in1 Web Solutions retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business information, login credentials, or project details with any third party without your written consent.
9. SEO Results Disclaimer
We provide professional SEO services based on current best practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or positions in search engine results, as these are determined by Google and other search engines and are outside our direct control. We commit to transparent reporting and continuous improvement of your rankings.
10. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel ongoing monthly services with 30 days written notice. For one-time projects, cancellation after work has begun may result in a partial charge for work completed. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
11. Limitation of Liability
3in1 Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
12. Privacy and Data
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. Your data is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
